to hell with rovers

//The picture in the previous post. Well, I don't exactly know what does the idiom mean but if I were to do direct translation on it, it means laughing with hidden daggers. Now that means the laugh is insincere, isn't it. So okay, insincere laughter.
Actually I wrote that because I wanted to draw 2 people really sad/angry/anything negative, but the problem is when I drew those people with screwed up faces, they looked really bad. Hence, I did the usual smiling face. =) But in any way the description is kinda apt, what!


My dearest pau called me yesterday and said..

Pau: You know Lizzie and Boon say ODAC quite xiong leh..
Pau: Then they say join ROVERS better.

Oh man. I so wanted to laugh on the bus but I decided against it la. I was sleeping since I got on the bus, then I woke up with a jerk and dug into my bag for say 2 minutes to fish out a pathetic handphone, and after that I laugh out loud? Nahh.. I am not so stupid. Haha!

First, some ignorant J1s from buddy's school (MF) came hobbling to my ODAC booth during the recruitment drive and said the following...

MF 1: Just now hor, we were at the Health and Fitness leh..
MF 1: They say they do the same things as ODAC...
MF 2: Just that they can use the gym equipments also.
MF 2 : So what is the difference ah?
ODAC: Give screwed up faces.
ODAC: ODAC IS DIFFERENT FROM HEALTH & FITNESS IN 10000 WAYS!!

Okay, if you are not from pathetic sr, then you really wouldn't feel it is anything big. But then if you are as pathetic as me, you would probably feel like smacking those ignorant J1s although it must be the in-their-own-gym-world-J2s who told them that! Probably staying in the gym and organising too many aerobic marathons dulls one's brain.

Back to the ROVERS point. Honestly, I would have nothing against the ROVERS if not for the weird President they had who is rather gay, and the hopeful J1 who quit ODAC when he found out that he wasn't in the good books of his seniors, us.

Although this might be a little unfair but then I only saw one rover make some nonsense out of ropes and then 2 of them pull the school flag and rovers flag at sports day ( They made some makeshift flag-poles and had some kind of march in a rather complicated manner from one side of the field to the poles.) And we all know the Health and Fitness Club had only a very gay boy, and a few other very deh girls who complained about our runs when we were training for the National Vertical Marathon 2004. And obviously it proves something.. ahahahah!!

Probably some people think ODAC is siao to do slacking at the ODAC room always, field cook near the fitness corner leaving scraps of food on the floor always, wash their mess tins with mud always and then run around the track for no reason in a very disorganised manner leaving a poor Eddie lagging behind always.. ahhahaha!!

Whatever..

I don't know why I played netball for so many years and feel not as much for it than for ODAC which I slack-ishly belonged to for a mere 1.5 years.
