I don't know how I got the crazed insects biting/laying eggs in me but I reckon I send out some kind of signal that attracts them because if there is a world record for the person with the most insect bites, I think I can win straight away. I am so bitten by those silly insects that my right ankle is swollen. Now tell me about it.
Nevertheless, the nus odac camp was fun. We waddled in mud, we walked in the canals in the dark, we trekked, we night-cycled, we sports climbed, we kayaked, we built sandcastles, we ate, we laughed, we rolled our eyes, we cheered, we sang silly songs, we made friends, we had fun.
The waddles in mud and walking in the canal was the most fun. Jesmine and I were getting so highhhh out there that the people in front of us were getting pissed because we were making too much noise. And the noise isn't the normal kinda noise. I can't remember what we were blabbering about but I rememeber we were trying to kick up a fuss when there was no more flooded tunnels to walk through but obviously it was of NO USE. Booo!!! Anyway, the 'mao' noises that jesmine taught me was the nicest to make la. I love jesmine man. And oh! Each waddle in the mud was like "oh shit! pau is gonna kill me!" , and each creepy crawlie that crossed pau's path came with " how can pei like all these outdoors." Hahaha. It was quite funny.
Jesmine and I were grouped in Carebears, pronounced care3-bears4, while Pau and Louie were in Spongebob aka Hai Mian Bo. We were together most of the time which is good laaa. Especially at the kayaking one where Jes and I were like trying to race with the pau and louie. But end up they capsized (whoops! I thought pau was gonna really kill me this time round but end up she never la. Pau is nice.), and the most hilarious was pau's face because she was worried there might be sharks over at Kallang River. =) My favourite Pau-Chris Pau.
I was skeptical about the whole camp initially but I had my fun at OAC'06. I like my carebears because we are the fastest at the ti-ti-ti game, because our polar bear game has the funniest things ever like the polar-lian, mr nervous, the irritant who is sent off first always for personal reasons ( I just don't like her and I bet everybody feels the same because always she is out first! HAHA!), because our carebear tiao has the funniest idiot-tiao by mr nervous that is funny to the maximum, because we we sing silly songs like dayung sampan that end up to be the chinese tian mi mi, because we are just screwed up. Actually I think our carebear stint is over already. It was just short-lived happiness.
CAREBEARs-the group that is forever diminishing in size.
