midsummer night's dream

A Midsummer Night's Dream with pau & lerjun

our egg-citing night at fort canning green.
I must say I love literature class, if not I would have understood nothing throughout the whole play. It was a good watch. Definitely worth the money. The setting was great, the slope was good. I just love the way they ran all over the place, chasing after one another. We had the best seats ever although we were how amateur. People brought picnic baskets, coolers with wheels (!), mats and even big pillows but all we had were some snacks from Carrefour. That clutter at the corner looking like rubbish actually belongs to us. Compare ours to the one with those red pillows. A.M.A.T.E.U.R.

There was some ball-rolling thing during the play. I still do not know what's the purpose of it. They rolled out 2 balls and for the second one, they actually carried it all the way to the back. We were how scared they would drop the ball on us, since we were sitting just in front of the walkway. Grah! I guess you have to be there!
It's still on for only a few more days! Go catch it! Be prepared with mats, at least!

ahhh! that's my first 'sun-mun', as pau and my parents call it. I know there's surely more to come since I never liked to tear those things. It is so stressful because I'm someone who doesn't know the date! Anyway I got that when I went to watch the jc netball finals with pau and charlene. I wonder why I was there, but it was an interesting match, nevertheless. I was a closet supporter at the match. I didn't clap, I didn't cheer, I didn't mumble to myself. But I just wanted to support Raffles JC. Hwa Chong Institute had always been good at netball. I think they've won for uncountable times and so maybe that's why the people surrounding me were just supporting them. It was familiar. If you are/were a netball-er, you'll just know their lingo. Like 'go for it', 'bring it down', 'steady', 'get it back', 'nice try', etc. Although those players couldn't possibly hear anyone while playing, everyone was just mumbling to themselves. All was familiar. But I don't miss netball.

oh, raffles won hwa chong. (small yay)
