Day 1 at Starbucks, Vivo.
I've been wanting to walk over to yio chu kang road to get a picture of the bus stop for the lousy benny's project but seriously I can be that lazy. The bus stop isn't far but it isn't really near too. I was half-wanting to drive there to take a lousy picture of it, but I can't parallel park so too bad! I'm left with no choice but to walk over, another day.
So what's the big deal with THAT particular bus stop right? I'm actually looking for a bus stop that has a particular structure and does not have a covered walkway linked to an overhead bridge. Do you know how difficult it is to find such bus stops? Almost every bus stop is linked to an overhead bridge! And there is no standardization in the structure of bus stops in Singapore. I am looking for one that has trusses! TRUSSES!! Why doesn't my 88-bus stop have that! I am not very happy!!
During my political science tutorial today, this guy showed us how he reads the newspaper. He was having a really critical mind reading it, and I was so tired looking at how he analyzes the position of each article, the editor's choice of words, the propaganda, etc. He is the same guy who said that we should be leading noble lives, and not just paper-chasing and being such materialistic Singaporeans. I seriously wonder which is more tiring?
Studying is escaping.
I think it is time to get to starbucks. Drink more fraps plus cafe latte. They are good for the unconscious mind. Look at how many days I have left! to my deadlines and exams!
