dont make the tiger a dragon

I was reading the lu4's blog, which blogged about not buying tiger-related products to save the tigers. This reminds me of my father's friend who wanted to sell him some kind of tiger skin rug for my house. If you don't already know, my house isn't big at all and I don't think it can fit in nicely over here, hello! And erh no, we weren't even considering 'cause I quite like tigers, especially the white tiger who played with that zookeeper and accidentally killed him. Plus I like zoos (Cue: Australia Zoo!) and animals excluding the lizard-gecko family (which I do not really want to admit their membership in the Animal family). Coincidentally, my father is born in the year of the helpless lamb, so we were telling him not to 羊入虎口 that probably explains why there is no tiger-related chinese new yeat decoration in the house and the Singapore Mint didn't see us buying some gold-plated tiger this year. And so fast, the chinese new year is over! All red things are coming down with the luckier ones ending up in the cupboard and the ill-fated ones shall go to the bin. Hey you guys, don't be too sad! It was great while it lasted!

The chompz meet-up, just, was awesome. It feels so great to know that while we are no longer the best buddies that we were in Primary school, all is still very good! I remember how we used to eat Myojo Instant Noodles (Tom Yum Flavour) everyday after school, at the void deck opposite, for just $1, and those 10cents grapey chewy sticks to munch afterwards. Oh, the 11 D. Road was broken into and it's so traumatic because we used to bum around and have so much fun playing the computer at level 3, spamming people with crazy e-cards that were so in fashion those days! Ahhhh, all thanks to To Kill A Mockingbird last Saturday! =)

To Kill a Mockingbird:
I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand. It's when you know you're licked before you begin but you begin anyway and you see it through no matter what. You rarely win, but sometimes you do.
Attitus Finch, Chapter 11.

If there's just one kind of folks, why can't they get along with each other? If they're all alike, why do they go out of their way to despise each other? Scout, I think I'm beginning to understand something. I think I'm beginning to understand why Boo Radley's stayed shut up in the house all this time. It's because he wants to stay inside.
Jem Finch, Chapter 22.
